Tenants raise work requests through the tenant portal and residents through the resident portal. Each one is assigned and tracked to closure.
Book a facility
Residents book function rooms, courts, the pool and the hall against the rules the community sets, including the parcel's entitlement.
Register a visitor
Residents register visitors through the portal instead of the logbook at the guardhouse, against their own parcel.
Cards that follow the register
Resident cards are held against the parcel. On a change of tenancy, the card is deactivated because the register changed, not because someone remembered.
